Raw Material That Comes From The Approved Steel Mills Is Reserved In The Stockyard After 100% Visual Examination And Spark Testing.Chemical,metallurgical And Physical Testing Viz.upset Test,step Turn Test,tensile Test,Impact Test;macro Etching Along With Metallurgical Testing Of The Material Viz.Inclusion Rating,Grain Flow,and Microstructure Are Also Carried Out.The Material Is Approved In The Laboratory And Color Code Is Given To Each And Every Bar As Per The Material Grade Followed By Physical Testing.

Process Inspection

Different Stages Involve Inspection:Die Shop,Cutting Shop,Forge Shop,and Heat Treatment Shop.Each Shop Or Processing Department Has Its Own Inspection Plan To Satisfy The Customers' Needs Depending Upon The Experience.

Die Shop

Dies Are Checked Thoroughly By Plaster Cast Before Release For Production And Inspection Reports Are Kept In File For Reference.Recording Of Process Result Are Maintained As Per ISO Norms.

Cutting Shop

All The Cut Pieces Are Weighed As Per Cut Weight And Stacked Seperately As Per The Grade With Colour Code.
